Maytham Al-Kubaisi, M.D.
Dr. Maytham Al-Kubaisi is a pediatric cardiologist, with a special interest in cardiac imaging including transthoracic, transesophageal and fetal echocardiograms.
After earning his medical degree and completing extensive pediatric training in his native Baghdad, Iraq, he also completed a pediatric residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. While in Philadelphia, Dr. Al-Kubaisi established a Refugee Wellness Center to focus on the specialized health needs of newly resettled refugees in the area. He then completed a pediatric cardiology fellowship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, while also receiving an advanced degree in clinical research.
